1 Acceptance of Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 15 minutes during normal operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 77vb does not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used for depositing — funds are returned to the source method where possible.

77vb reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identity or source-of-funds documentation. 8 Account Suspension & Closure

77vb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure via the responsible gaming tools.
• A legal order, regulatory instruction, or lawful request from Bangladeshi authorities requiring account suspension or data disclosure.
• The player being identified as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without login or transaction activity).

Voluntary Account Closure
